Texas Splash opened their doors in 1992. 2018 marks our 26th year of providing water treatment solutions for the south Texas area! Texas Splash is a family-owned business operated by W.R. “Billy” Eichman, Mary Ann Eichman, Brian Stoppelmoor, Vicky Stoppelmoor, John Eichman, and Camille Eichman.   

Our family has owned and operated water conditioning businesses since 1948. Family members have served on our church boards, school boards, and the state plumbing commission (Governor appointed). Bill’s father, Bob, was a member of the state of South Dakota legislature for eight years after retiring from a thirty year career in the water treatment Industry.
